I just spent the last seven hours (plus five yesterday) in an elementary school classroom...sharpening about 130+ pencils (my hands, they burn!), moving desks, and attempting (foolishly) to organize the black hole some people call "a library". If I have to look at another stuffed animal...I think I'll barf...

In other news, I managed to put together a shabby Greece cosplay costume thingie with my almighty powers of scrounging. It's not the greatest thing, especially since the boots are snowboots...but it works. Scroungers can't be choosers.

Oh, and last Wednesday I had my first driving lesson. The worst part was really just waiting for the dude to show up, the driving wasn't too bad. The driving teacher was really nice, but I found it funny how we ended up driving past two cops in that one lesson...the county is apparently desperate to make money from any means possible (either that or our cops are just really bored).

There's a good chance I'll be going to the coast for a few days in a little bit too...we're planning on staying in this hotel that's in the forest. The funny thing about the town is that the hospital is right next door to the graveyard.

P.S. I just remembered...my brother showed me this video from comic con, and it seems that Bungie is actually making an anime form of Halo, called Halo Legends (or something like that). I'm pretty stoked about that, but I wonder if they can really pull it off...I've never heard of a first-person shooter that was successful in video/animation.
